Process design

We have professional IE,PE,TE,ME engineering and technical team for manufacturing technical support,Evaluate and formulate production process solutions, set DOE parameters for SMT solder paste, red plastic technology, reflow soldering, plug-in, wave soldering, assembly, testing and other processes to determine operating standards and improve production quality and efficiency.

Quality control

Ferex obtained the ISO 9000 certification in 2000 , and annual completion of certification annual review of work, and completed ISO9001: 2015 certification in 2017. And plan to obtain IATF 16949 (automotive product category) certification.

Our customers, no matter what industry, they all want to be able to fully meet their own quality standards and quality management procedures. Our management team includes a quality engineer. The engineer is responsible for ensuring that the entire process flow from customer order to product shipment complies with all of our quality management steps, from material receipt inspection, entire manufacturing process to finished product shipment.

Ferex tracing system has been installed in place, you can easily track the production history and components of the product throughout the production process. You can also obtain the quality data through the Ferex network system implementation, with self-developed source code custom MES system.

At the same time Ferex has a more complete manufacturing equipment reliability test equipment, including various types of environmental testing, sand and dust test, high-frequency vibration, drop, LCR, distortion, plug power, capacity, pressure and other equipment, with various products Environmental and structural reliability test capability.

      Order fulfillment

        Ferex provides order fulfillment services for OEM customers. Ferex has both experience and ability in fulfilling the service and delivery conditions of traditional products.

Ferex's management of order fulfillment processes is achieved through specific systems and processes. These systems and processes receive order information from customers and provide system and process functions for integrated supply chain management including purchasing, supplier management, production planning, production and logistics. Our systems have the flexibility to provide order fulfillment support for a wide range of products, including complex high-mix, low-volume and high-volume products.

       Ferex EMS is responsible for environmental protection and is suitable for mass production and high-mix / low-volume production at the same time. We implement RoHS standards , and are happy to help customers meet the relevant requirements of regulatory agencies, the company obtained IECQ-QC080000 (Hazardous Substance Management System) certification in 2006.
